We are Pursuit2Travel, LLC. and we look forward to the opportunity to act as your travel coordinator and trip designer for your travel needs. Access to and use of the services of Pursuit2Travel, LLC and our website is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing, using or obtaining any content, products, or services through our offices or through our website, you, the purchaser and/or traveler (“Customer” and “passenger” and “you/your”) agree to be bound by these terms.

PLEASE READ THE TERMS BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. IF THERE IS ANY PART OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES OF PURSUIT2TRAVEL, LLC.

Pursuit2Travel cannot be held responsible for unforeseen acts of nature resulting in flight delays/cancellations (i.e. delays/cancellations due to weather, air traffic, airline strikes, war, natural disasters or flight cancellations by the airline or vendors: hotel, car rental, tours, activities, restaurants (herein referred to as “vendors”) for any reason, passenger illness, etc). (ii) All prices are subject to change without prior notice. (iii) In the case of human or computer error, Pursuit2Trvel™, reserves the right to re-quote or re-invoice for the correct service cost. “Customer” or “Client” refers to the person booking one of the services: Pursue Advice, Pursue Lite, Pursue Full. Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time. Any exceptions to our Terms and Conditions will be conveyed at the time of booking.

Modified office hours and/or closings may apply for the following national U.S. holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

RATES FEES CANCELLATIONS

We charge a non-refundable travel consulting fee for “ALL” our travel itinerary’s. This fee covers the time involved in researching and crafting a highly-customized travel experience for you.

In order to perform the professional services required to start your travel inquiry, a Travel Service Fee is required. The Travel Service Fee is a non-refundable & non-transferable administrative fee and is separate from the total trip cost.

This fee ensures that Pursuit2Travel LLC. is paid for their time whether or not you finalize your booking with us. This covers our time in consultation, research, pricing and support before, during and post travel. By paying this non-refundable planning fee, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. The fee covers my work on the following: – edits to your itinerary, based upon the “allowed revisions” based on the package selected. Access to me via email and scheduled calls prior to travel – I reply to emails within 48 business hours.

The client will receive proposals for the same destination and desired travel dates. Quote revisions & requests for a different destination is subject to the package selected. If the client decides to not book with Pursuit2Travel LLC for any reason, Pursuit2Travel, LLC has the right to retain the Travel Service Fee. No exceptions will be made.

Travel Service Fee is subject to change based on the complexity of the itinerary and at the discretion of management. Speak with your Travel Concierge for pricing.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel protection and insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment. Unless specially noted, travel insurance is not included in the cost of client’s itinerary. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS ENCOURAGED.

PRICE QUOTES

Price quotes are applicable to the date and time at which they are requested. Quotes in foreign currency are subject to fluctuations in exchange rates and International credit card issuer fees. Pursuit2Travel is not responsible for any increases due to fuel surcharges, government imposed taxes/fees or supplier-imposed increases.

PAYMENTS

I accept payments online through Square (which allows you to pay with your debit or credit card as well). The safety of your sensitive information is important to me. DOCUMENTATION

Documentation: Travel documentation appropriate for entry to your itinerary destinations, such as passports, visas & inoculation certificates, remain each traveler’s responsibility. It is each traveler’s responsibility to make certain that they have proper immunizations before travel – please see your health provider for advice. Travelers who do not meet advised requirements will be denied boarding. Valid passports are required for all international destinations. If a passport is required to travel, the expiration date must be at least six (6) months following the return date of the planned travel. Each foreign country holds different views of past criminal offenses – if you have a current or past offense, please contact that country directly for entry and exit requirements. Travelers with DWI or DUI records should check whether current rules exclude admission to foreign destinations. Pursuit2Travel feels it is an invasion of privacy for members of our staff to make such an inquiry and these requirements remain the traveler’s responsibility. AIRLINE CONFIRMATION, CHECK-IN, SEAT ASSIGNMENT, MISSED FLIGHTS

It is important that you confirm your flights with the airline prior to departure: 24 hours in advance for domestic flights, and 72 hours in advance for international flights. Failure to confirm international flights or failure to use any portion of an airline or reservation may result in automatic cancellation by the airline or suppliers for all continuing and return flights or reservations.

Familiarize yourself with your airline’s policies and requirements before booking. Unless stated otherwise by the airlines, it is important to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to departure for international flights. Late arrival at the airport can result in loss of assigned seats or denial of boarding. Denial of boarding is not eligible for refund or travel insurance reimbursement. Airfare and rebooking is subject to airline and penalties, rebooking fees, plus any cost difference of the new reservation. Seat assignments are subject to change by the airline without notice.

BINDING ARBITRATION

This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Florida. In the event any dispute arises under this agreement or in any manner concerning the subject matter thereof, the parties agree that any such dispute shall be subject to binding arbitration only, and the customer expressly waives any and all rights they may have to otherwise proceed with such dispute resolution in a court of law. Any and all binding arbitration proceedings shall be undertaken as “fast track” proceedings and shall only be commenced in Pasco County, Florida. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses of such proceedings, including any and all resulting attorney fees; provided, however, that the prevailing party in such proceedings may have the right to recover attorney fees against the opposing party if such fees are otherwise recoverable in disputes of that type under the laws of the State of Florida. This paragraph is intended to be and shall be construed as a forum selection clause, and the parties agree to bound hereto.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

All prices are thought to be accurate, available, and current. The information, products, and services may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Pursuit2Travel, LLC does not guarantee the accuracy of and disclaims liability for inaccuracies, including by not limited to the price, information, and description of the products and services described on this website. Pursuit2Travel, LLC is not liable for any errors made by the client creating their own bookings online. By booking online clients take full responsibility for any errors that may occur (name misspellings, incorrect travel dates, etc.). Pursuit2Travel, LLC is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any supplier, or personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from causes outside of the control of Pursuit2Travel, LLC.

Pursuit2Travel, LLC shall not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations or any illness, death, injury, damage or loss of vacation time arising there from. Changes to airline or supplier itineraries due to mechanical, weather, or world events beyond our control are at the sole discretion of the airline or supplier and may occur without notice. Any applicable compensation resulting from such occurrences is also at the sole discretion of the supplier. Pursuit2Travel, LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the traveler in connection with, or by supplier employees or contractors, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of the control of Pursuit2Travel, LLC. The Traveler assume the complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, inoculations, or other entry requirements for each destination as well as re-entry into the U.S., and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, in connection with the proposed travel. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURES

Pursuit2Travel. LLC is not the source or supplier of the travel services requested and acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, car rental, restaurants, ground transportation and other companies providing accommodations, transportations, and/or other services. Each of these suppliers is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of Pursuit2Travel. LLC. Pursuit2Travel. LLC shall not be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to client or to those traveling with Client in connection with any travel services we have booked, including but not limited to acts of God, weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of governments or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, riots, strikes, epidemics, acts of terrorism, breakdown in equipment, theft, delay, fuel increases or cancelation or change in intermarry or schedules or willful or criminal conduct of third parties. I acknowledge and accept that there are cancelation policies, change fees and penalties that apply to my travel plans and services as set by travel suppliers. If for any reason my credit card charges are later declined, reversed or Pursuit2Travel. LLC is unable to receive payment for the travel plans and services, I acknowledge that this is a binding contract and Pursuit2Travel. LLC will be entitled to recovery, including reasonable attorneys’ fees in connection with collection.

By paying the planning fee and/or deposit, I have read and accept the Terms & Conditions Pursuit2Travel. LLC terms and conditions on behalf of myself and anyone in my party.

I may disclose your personal information if I am required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
