Different Types Of Assistance Available
Medical Condition
If you have a medical condition which results in there being doubt that you can complete the flight safely or which poses a risk to other passengers medical clearance may be required to enable you to travel.
Medication & Devices
If you’re traveling with any medication, medical device, a wheelchair or other mobility device. Medical clearance may be required to enable you to travel.
Wheelchair Assistance
Recommend arriving at least 1-2 hours before your flight, to clear security, check your wheelchair or other equipment, and make your way around the airport. There are three levels you can choose from.
Vision Impairment
If you need help checking in or getting to your gate.
Hearing Impairment
if you need help hearing important flight updates.
Service Animals
Fully-trained service animals and emotional support animals may fly if they meet the requirements. Accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Travelling With Children
We’re here to take you and your family wherever you need to go.
Traveling with a newborn usually requires a medical release form to travel.
Infants and children under 2 years old can travel on the lap of an adult or purchase a ticket and use their own seat on the aircraft in an FAA-approved child safety seat.
Travelling With Pets
Depending on the animals breed, size and requirements, they can travel as a carry-on, be checked or transported via special cargo. With the exception of a few breed restrictions. Pets are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Special Seating
We’ll do our best to secure the most comfortable and usable seats based on your needs.
Unaccompanied Minors
Children 5-14 years old must travel as an Unaccompanied Minor when not traveling with an adult.
Must meet airline requirements and accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Special Meals
Special meals to meet specific dietary, medical and religious needs are available on select flights.
Oversize Baggage
Fees and limitations vary by destination.
Make sure your oversize bags will fit on the plane. More than one fee may apply to a bag. For example, the checked bag fee + oversize fee + overweight fee. Such as musical and sporting equipment.
